Halton Region’s 2025 Asset Management Plan Project: In a timeframe of less than a year, I successfully delivered over 70 workshops and facilitated collaborative discussions across 11 service areas responsible for managing Halton Region’s diverse portfolio of infrastructure assets.
Through these engagements, I collected and improved asset performance and financial data, and defined and documented current service levels.
​This work informed the development of financial strategies by identifying planned lifecycle management activities in the 2025 budget and business plan for comparison with required state of good repair investments over the next 10 years.
​In recognition of my leadership in successful delivery of this initiative, my team was honoured with a nomination for the Halton Region 2026 Excellence Award.
P.S. This photo was coincidentally taken on my birthday during my final week as an employee at Halton Region! I made the decision to resign from this role shortly after sharing my intention to run for Council to ensure there was absolutely no conflict of interest.
